- Payment information: processed securely by our third-party payment provider (LemonSqueezy/Stripe). We do not store your payment details on our servers.
- TikTok account data: when you connect your TikTok account via OAuth, we receive your TikTok username, display name, and an access token to post content on your behalf. We store this access token securely and use it solely to publish content you have approved.

1.2 Content Data
- Product descriptions, images, and other content you provide to generate TikTok posts
- AI-generated content (slideshows, videos, captions) created by the Service on your behalf
- TikTok post analytics (views, likes, comments) fetched via the TikTok API

1.3 Non-Personal Data
- Web cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and improve the Service
- Usage data such as pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns

2. How We Use Your Data

- To create and manage your account
- To generate AI-powered content based on your product description

3. TikTok Integration

When you connect your TikTok account:
- We request only the permissions necessary to post content and fetch analytics
- Content is only posted to your TikTok account when you explicitly approve it or have enabled auto-publishing
- You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from your dashboard settings
- We do not access your TikTok direct messages, follower lists, or any data beyond what is needed for content posting and analytics

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with:
- Payment processors (LemonSqueezy/Stripe) to process transactions
- TikTok (via their official API) to publish your approved content
- AI service providers (for content generation) — only your product description is shared, never your personal data
- As required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Retention

- Account data is retained as long as your account is active
- You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us
- AI-generated content and analytics data are deleted when you delete your account

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage for access tokens and secure HTTPS connections. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

ViralGrow is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
