Welcome to ViralGrow ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform at https://viralgrow.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

ViralGrow is an AI-powered content creation and scheduling platform for TikTok. The Service generates slideshows, videos, and other content based on product descriptions provided by users, and can publish this content to users' connected TikTok accounts.

2. Account Registration

- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
- One person or entity per account unless otherwise agreed

3. TikTok Account Connection

- By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize ViralGrow to post content to your TikTok profile on your behalf
- You are responsible for all content posted to your TikTok account through the Service
- You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using ViralGrow
- You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from your dashboard

4. Content and Intellectual Property

- You retain ownership of all product descriptions, images, and other materials you provide to the Service
- AI-generated content (slideshows, videos, captions) created by the Service is licensed to you for use on your TikTok account and other marketing purposes
- You are responsible for ensuring that content posted through the Service does not infringe on third-party rights
- We do not claim ownership of content generated for you

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
- Use the Service to post spam, misleading, or harmful content
- Violate TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Share your account access with unauthorized third parties
- Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan

6. Subscriptions and Payments

- The Service offers paid subscription plans with different feature tiers
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

- Content generated by AI may not always be perfect or suitable for your needs
- You should review AI-generated content before publishing
- We do not guarantee specific results, engagement, or performance from content posted through the Service
- AI models and content quality may vary and improve over time

8. Service Availability

- We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect the Service
- We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralGrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

- You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
